कैदी संख्या 71 और 1728, Twisha Sharma case में आरोपी पूर्व जज गिरिबाला सिंह मिली नई पहचान

हाई-प्रोफाइल ट्विशा शर्मा मौत मामले के सिलसिले में 14 दिन की कैद के बाद भोपाल सेंट्रल जेल में पूर्व न्यायाधीश गिरिबाला सिंह और उनके बेटे समर्थ सिंह को कैदी संख्या 71 और 1728 के नाम से जाना जाएगा। सीबीआई की विशेष अदालत ने मंगलवार को पूर्व मॉडल और अभिनेत्री ट्विशा शर्मा की मौत के सिलसिले में उनकी सास गिरिबाला सिंह और उनके पति समर्थ सिंह को 14 दिन की न्यायिक हिरासत में भेज दिया। अदालत ने आदेश दिया कि दोनों आरोपियों को 16 जून तक जेल में रखा जाए।

पूर्व न्यायाधीश से कैदी

जेल अधिकारियों के अनुसार, गिरिबाला सिंह को कैदी संख्या 71 और समर्थ सिंह को कैदी संख्या 1782 दी गई है। सेवानिवृत्त न्यायाधीश होने और सुरक्षा कारणों से गिरिबाला सिंह को महिला बैरक में निगरानी में रखा गया है। समर्थ सिंह को बैरक संख्या 4 के ब्लॉक बी में निगरानी में रखा गया है। गिरिबाला सिंह को चार अन्य महिला कैदियों के साथ महिला बैरक के चिकित्सा अनुभाग में रखा गया है। जेल रिकॉर्ड में उनका प्रवेश क्रमांक 71 दर्ज है। समर्थ सिंह को भोपाल केंद्रीय जेल के बैरक नंबर 4 के बी सेक्शन में रखा गया है, जहां उन्हें 15 अन्य कैदियों के साथ रखा गया है। जेल अधिकारियों ने जेल नियमों के अनुसार दोनों आरोपियों को थाली, कटोरा और कंबल सहित जेल द्वारा जारी की जाने वाली मानक वस्तुएं उपलब्ध कराई हैं।

अदालत में भावुक दृश्य

न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट की अदालत में भावुक दृश्य देखने को मिले, जब अपनी बहू को आत्महत्या के लिए उकसाने के आरोप में गिरफ्तार सेवानिवृत्त गिरिबाला सिंह ने अपने बेटे के साथ न्यायिक हिरासत में भेजे जाने से पहले भावुक अपील की। यह घटनाक्रम सीबीआई द्वारा मामले में पूछताछ पूरी होने के बाद गिरिबाला और समर्थ को न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट शोभना भालावे की अदालत में पेश किए जाने के बाद सामने आया। सीबीआई ने अदालत को सूचित किया कि जांच के महत्वपूर्ण पहलू अभी लंबित हैं, जिनमें दूसरी पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट और जब्त किए गए इलेक्ट्रॉनिक उपकरणों का फोरेंसिक विश्लेषण शामिल है। एजेंसी ने तर्क दिया कि चल रही जांच के लिए दोनों आरोपियों की न्यायिक हिरासत जारी रखना आवश्यक है, जिसके चलते अदालत ने उन्हें 16 जून तक रिमांड पर भेज दिया।

ट्विशा शर्मा हत्याकांड

ट्विशा शर्मा 12 मई को भोपाल के कटारा हिल्स इलाके में अपने ससुराल में फांसी पर लटकी हुई पाई गई थीं। सीबीआई ने सोमवार को औपचारिक रूप से उनकी मृत्यु की जांच अपने हाथ में ले ली और उसके बाद मामले में एक नई एफआईआर दर्ज की। एजेंसी ने एफआईआर में समर्थ सिंह और गिरिबाला सिंह को मुख्य आरोपी बनाया है। जांच जारी रहने तक दोनों फिलहाल भोपाल केंद्रीय जेल में बंद हैं।
