Sanju Samson record: चेन्नई सुपर किंग्स के बल्लेबाज संजू सैमसन ने आईपीएल 2026 में गुजरात टाइटंस के खिलाफ मुकाबले में बड़ा रिकॉर्ड अपने नाम कर लिया। एमए चिदंबरम स्टेडियम में खेले गए इस मैच में सैमसन आईपीएल इतिहास में 5000 रन पूरे करने वाले सबसे तेज भारतीय बल्लेबाज बन गए। उन्होंने इस मामले में एमएस धोनी, केएल राहुल और सुरेश रैना जैसे दिग्गजों को पीछे छोड़ दिया।
संजू को इस मुकाम तक पहुंचने के लिए मैच से पहले सिर्फ 3 रन की जरूरत थी। उन्होंने पारी के दूसरे ओवर में कगिसो रबाडा की वाइड गेंद पर पॉइंट के ऊपर शानदार चौका लगाकर यह उपलब्धि हासिल की। इसके साथ ही वह आईपीएल में 5000 रन पूरे करने वाले चुनिंदा बल्लेबाजों की सूची में शामिल हो गए।

संजू ने धोनी को पीछे छोड़ा
संजू इस सीजन शानदार फॉर्म में नजर आ रहे। कुछ दिन पहले ही उन्होंने मुंबई इंडियंस के खिलाफ वानखेड़े स्टेडियम में शानदार शतक लगाया था। यह इस सीजन उनका दूसरा शतक था। इससे पहले उन्होंने 11 अप्रैल को दिल्ली कैपिटल्स के खिलाफ चेन्नई में नाबाद 115 रन बनाए थे।
यह पहली बार है जब संजू ने आईपीएल के एक ही सीजन में दो शतक लगाए हैं। इसके साथ ही उनके टी20 करियर में कुल 8 शतक हो गए हैं। भारतीय बल्लेबाजों में उनसे आगे सिर्फ विराट कोहली और अभिषेक शर्मा हैं, जिनके नाम 9-9 टी20 शतक दर्ज हैं।
अगर मौजूदा सीजन की बात करें तो संजू सैमसन ने 8 मैचों में 298 रन बनाए हैं। उनका औसत 59.60 और स्ट्राइक रेट 172.2 रहा है, जो उनकी शानदार फॉर्म को दिखाता है।
