Others Raavan ka Gaon:
Why is Ravana not burned on Dussehra in Bisrakh, near Noida, Uttar Pradesh? While much of India celebrates Dussehra by burning Ravana's effigy, the people of Bisrakh follow a different tradition rooted in local religious beliefs and mythology. In this special ground report, we visit Bisrakh village to explore its connection with Ravana, the legendary king of Lanka, who is believed by local tradition to have been born here. We explore the ancient Ashtabhuji Shivling, the religious significance of Rishi Vishrava, stories associated with Ravana's devotion to Lord Shiva, and the intriguing local belief about an underground tunnel connecting Bisrakh with the Dudheshwar Nath Temple in Ghaziabad. Why do villagers avoid burning Ravana's effigy? What do the locals believe about the story behind this tradition? And how do they view Ravana alongside their devotion to Lord Ram? Watch this documentary to discover the fascinating beliefs, traditions and stories that make Bisrakh unique. This report explores local faith and mythology while distinguishing traditional beliefs from historically verified facts. Watch till the end to discover the story of Ravana's village! #bisrakh #ravana #ravan #ravanavillage #ravanabirthplace #dussehra #ravanadahan #noida #greaternoida #uttarpradesh #ravanatemple #ramayana #rishivishrava #lordshiva You can Search us on YouTube by- NBT, NBT TV Live, Navbharat Times, Times Now, TNN, TNNB, Navbharat TV, Hindi News, Latest news and @timesnownavbharat About Channel: Times Now Navbharat देश का No.1 Hindi news है। Times Now Navbharat is India's fastest growing Hindi News Channel with 24 hour coverage.
