मॉनसून मुंबई पर मेहरबान हो गया है। मूसलाधार बारिश से जहां एक तरफ लोगों को चिलचिलाती गर्मी से राहत मिली। वहीं बारिश अब लोगों के लिए आफत भी बन गई है। क्योंकि मुंबई से तेज़ बारिश के बाद सड़कों पर मानो सैलाब आ गया। कहीं स्कूटी सड़क पर फंस गई तो कहीं एक साथ कई ट्रक पानी में डूब गए। अंधेरी सबवे पर तो इतना पानी भर गया कि उसे एहतियातन बंद करना पड़ा। हालांकि प्रशासन हालात पर नज़र बनाए हुए है। लेकिन मुंबई में बारिश ने एक बार फिर BMC की तैयारी पर सवाल खड़े कर दिए हैं।
