News18Jal Jeevan Mission Rajasthan: पाली जिले की रोहट तहसील के मांडावास गांव में जल संकट ग्रामीणों के लिए बड़ी समस्या बना हुआ है. ग्रामीणों का आरोप है कि जल जीवन मिशन के तहत बिछाई जाने वाली पाइपलाइन का काम पिछले करीब दो वर्षों से अधूरा पड़ा है, जिसके कारण आज भी गांव के लोग पेयजल के लिए संघर्ष कर रहे हैं. कई परिवारों को दूर-दराज के स्रोतों से पानी लाना पड़ रहा है, जबकि गर्मी और मानसून के बीच भी स्थिति में कोई खास सुधार नहीं हुआ है. ग्रामीणों का कहना है कि योजना की घोषणा के बाद उन्हें जल्द राहत मिलने की उम्मीद थी, लेकिन कार्य में देरी से उनकी परेशानी बढ़ती जा रही है. स्थानीय लोगों ने संबंधित विभाग से जल्द काम पूरा कर नियमित जलापूर्ति शुरू करने की मांग की है. जल जीवन मिशन का उद्देश्य हर घर तक स्वच्छ पेयजल पहुंचाना है.
