Three Indian sailors have died in a US attack in the Gulf of Oman amidst the ongoing crisis in the Strait of Hormuz. Following a sharp reaction from Indian External Affairs Minister Jaishankar regarding this incident, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio has issued a strong statement. Rubio declared that any violation of the US blockade or the illicit transport of Iranian oil through the Strait of Hormuz would not be tolerated.
