Rajasthan royals sale: आईपीएल फ्रेंचाइजी राजस्थान रॉयल्स की बिक्री को लेकर नया विवाद सामने आ गया। काल सोमानी के नेतृत्व वाले कंसोर्टियम ने आरोप लगाया है कि उन्हें इस डील से बाहर कर दिया गया जबकि वे शुरुआत से ही सबसे मजबूत दावेदार थे।
मार्च में खबर आई थी कि काल सोमानी, वॉलमार्ट परिवार के रॉब वॉल्टन और डेट्रॉइट लायंस के हैम्प परिवार के साथ मिलकर राजस्थान रॉयल्स में बहुमत हिस्सेदारी खरीदने जा रहे हैं। उस समय इस डील की वैल्यू करीब 1.63 बिलियन डॉलर (लगभग 15000 करोड़ रुपये) बताई गई थी। लेकिन 3 मई को तस्वीर पूरी तरह बदल गई, जब यह पुष्टि हुई कि लक्ष्मी मित्तल के नेतृत्व वाला मित्तल परिवार इस फ्रेंचाइजी को खरीदने के लिए 1.65 बिलियन डॉलर (करीब 15660 करोड़ रुपये) की डील पर पहुंच गया।
राजस्थान रॉयल्स की बिक्री में हुई गड़बड़ी?
सोमानी ग्रुप ने डील पर उठाए सवाल
बयान में कहा गया, 'हमने इस प्रक्रिया में पूरी ईमानदारी और प्रोफेशनल तरीके से हिस्सा लिया, लेकिन अंत में नतीजा हमारी उम्मीद के मुताबिक नहीं रहा। हमें नहीं लगता कि सभी को बराबर मौका मिला।' हालांकि, निराशा के बावजूद सोमानी समूह ने इसे एक सीख के रूप में लिया है और भविष्य में नए अवसरों पर ध्यान देने की बात कही है। उन्होंने राजस्थान रॉयल्स को आगे के लिए शुभकामनाएं भी दीं।
मित्तल परिवार ने बड़ी हिस्सेदारी खरीदी
जानकारी के मुताबिक, 2026 की तीसरी तिमाही तक यह डील पूरी हो सकती । इसके बाद मित्तल परिवार के पास 75% हिस्सेदारी होगी, जबकि आदर पूनावाला के पास करीब 18% शेयर रहेंगे। बाकी 7% हिस्सेदारी मौजूदा निवेशकों के पास ही रहेगी। कुल मिलाकर, राजस्थान रॉयल्स की बिक्री ने अब एक नया विवाद खड़ा कर दिया है, जो आने वाले समय में और तूल पकड़ सकता।
