आदित्य धर के डायरेक्शन में बनी फिल्म 'धुरंधर 2' की सफलता के बाद अब फैंस इसके तीसरे पार्ट धुरंधर 3 का इंतजार कर रहे हैं। अब इस पर फिल्म में जमील जमाली का किरदार निभाने वाले सीनियर एक्टर राकेश बेदी का बयान सामने आया है। उन्होंने साफ किया है कि फिलहाल तीसरे पार्ट की कोई संभावना नहीं दिख रही है क्योंकि फिल्म की कहानी पूरी हो चुकी है। क्यों नहीं आएगा तीसरा पार्ट? राकेश बेदी ने एक इंटरव्यू में बताया कि फिल्म की कहानी जहां खत्म हुई है, वहां से उसे आगे बढ़ाना मुश्किल है। उन्होंने कहा, मुझे नहीं लगता कि तीसरा पार्ट आएगा। कहानी के आखिर में जासूस (रणवीर सिंह) अपने देश वापस लौट जाता है, इसलिए वह कहानी वहीं खत्म हो जाती है। हालांकि, उन्होंने यह भी जोड़ा कि 'धुरंधर' एक बड़ी फ्रेंचाइजी है। इसे भविष्य में किसी और कहानी और दूसरे एक्टर्स के साथ किसी भी समय बनाया जा सकता है। जमील जमाली के किरदार पर कही ये बात फिल्म में राकेश बेदी का किरदार 'जमील जमाली' दर्शकों के लिए एक बड़ा सरप्राइज था। राकेश ने कहा, दर्शकों के लिए यह एक बड़ा हाईलाइट था। हमें पता था कि इससे हलचल होगी। पार्ट 1 की सफलता के बाद दर्शकों का नजरिया बदल गया था। लोग फिल्म को केवल देखने नहीं जा रहे थे, बल्कि वे यह जानने के लिए बहुत एक्साइटेड थे कि पार्ट 2 में क्या होता है। अब वही दर्शक पार्ट 3 की मांग कर रहे हैं। बॉक्स ऑफिस पर रचा इतिहास 'धुरंधर' फ्रेंचाइजी ने बॉक्स ऑफिस पर कमाई के सारे रिकॉर्ड तोड़ दिए हैं। दोनों फिल्मों ने मिलकर वर्ल्डवाइड 3,000 करोड़ रुपए से ज्यादा का कलेक्शन किया है। दिसंबर 2025 में आई पहली फिल्म ने करीब 1300 करोड़ का ग्रॉस कलेक्शन किया था। वहीं मार्च 2026 में रिलीज हुई 'धुरंधर: द रिवेंज' घरेलू बॉक्स ऑफिस पर 1100 करोड़ का आंकड़ा पार करने वाली पहली हिंदी फिल्म बन गई है। वर्ल्डवाइड लेवल पर यह अब तक 1700 करोड़ रुपए से ज्यादा कमा चुकी है।
