महान क्रिकेटर सचिन तेंदुलकर के बेटे अर्जुन तेंदुलकर बेहतरीन फॉर्म में नजर आ रहे हैं। वह आईपीएल 2026 में लखनऊ सुपर जाएंट्स का हिस्सा हैं। जहां वह नेट्स पर लगातार प्रैक्टिस करते हुए देखे जाते हैं हालांकि, उन्हें अभी तक प्लेइंग इलेवन में खेलने का मौका नहीं मिला है। वहीं उनका एक वीडियो सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल हो रहा है जिसे लखनऊ सुपर जाएंट्स ने X पर शेयर किया है। इस वीडियो में देखा जा सकता है कि अर्जुन कप्तान ऋषभ पंत को अपनी घातक यॉर्कर से परेशान कर रहे हैं। फिलहाल, 9 अप्रैल को लखनऊ का सामना केकेआर के खिलाफ होगा।
अर्जुन तेंदुलकर केकेआर के खिलाफ मुकाबले से पहले अपने प्रदर्शन से सबका दिल जीत रहे हैं। ऐसे में उन्हें लखनऊ के लिए डेब्यू का मौका मिलने की उम्मीद जताई जा रही है।
दरअसल 26 वर्षीय अर्जुन तेंदुलकर लखनऊ सुपर जाएंट्स के ट्रेनिंग सेशन में शानदार गेंदबाजी करते हुए दिख रहे हैं। इस दौरान अर्जुन लगातार 6 गेंद पर 6 खतरनाक यॉर्कर फेंकते हुए भी दिख रहे हैं। जहां उनकी यॉर्कर इतनी घातक रही कि कप्तान ऋषभ पंत अपना पैर बचाते हुए नजर आए। उनके अलावा अब्दुल समद भी उनकी यॉर्कर का सामना करते हुए संघर्ष करते दिखे। इंटरनेशनल क्रिकेट में ऐसी यॉर्कर जसप्रीत बुमराह को फेंकते हुए देखा गया है। ऐसे में अर्जुन तेंदुलकर को बुमराह की परछाई कहा जा रहा है।
बता दें कि, मुंबई इंडियंस के साथ आईपीएल में कई सालों तक जुड़े रहने के बाद अर्जुन मौजूदा सीजन में लखनऊ सुपर जाएंट्स का हिस्सा हैं। नवंबर 2025 में हुए ट्रेड डील के तहत लखनऊ ने अर्जुन को उनकी मौजूदा फीस 30 लाख रुपये में अपनी टीम में शामिल किया था। अब तक अर्जुन ने आईपीएल के कुल 5 मैच खेले और 3 विकेट लिए हैं।
