RR-RCB Sale: आईपीएल 2026 की शुरुआत से ठीक पहले दो बड़ी फ्रेंचाइजी- राजस्थान रॉयल्स और रॉयल चैलेंजर्स बेंगलुरु की बिक्री ने क्रिकेट जगत में हलचल मचा दी। दोनों टीमों की कुल डील करीब 31000 करोड़ रुपये में हुई, जो अब तक की सबसे बड़ी फ्रेंचाइजी डील्स में से एक मानी जा रही। इसके साथ ही सवाल उठ रहा है कि इस सौदे में बीसीसीआई को कितना फायदा होगा।
रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक, इस डील से बीसीसीआई को भी मोटी कमाई होने वाली। राजस्थान रॉयल्स की बिक्री से बोर्ड को करीब 1550 करोड़ रुपये जबकि आरसीबी की डील से लगभग 1583 करोड़ रुपये मिलने की उम्मीद है। यह रकम फ्रेंचाइजी ट्रांसफर पर लगने वाली 5 प्रतिशत अनिवार्य फीस के तहत मिलेगी।
दरअसल, आईपीएल की सभी 10 टीमों के एग्रीमेंट में यह नियम शामिल है कि जब भी किसी फ्रेंचाइजी की मालिकाना हिस्सेदारी बदलेगी, तो उसकी कुल वैल्यू का 5 फीसदी हिस्सा बीसीसीआई को ट्रांसफर फीस के रूप में देना होगा। इसके अलावा, किसी भी डील को पूरा करने के लिए बीसीसीआई और आईपीएल गवर्निंग काउंसिल की मंजूरी भी जरूरी होती है। यही वजह है कि हर बड़ी फ्रेंचाइजी बिक्री में बोर्ड को सीधा आर्थिक फायदा मिलता है।
अगर दोनों डील्स को देखें तो राजस्थान रॉयल्स को करीब 1.63 बिलियन डॉलर (लगभग 13500 करोड़ रुपये) में खरीदा गया है। इसे अमेरिका के कारोबारी काल सोमानी के नेतृत्व वाले कंसोर्टियम ने अपने नाम किया। वहीं, आरसीबी को 1.78 बिलियन डॉलर (करीब 14700 करोड़ रुपये) में बेचा गया है। इसे आदित्य बिड़ला ग्रुप, अमेरिकी निवेशक डेविड ब्लिट्जर और प्राइवेट इक्विटी फर्म ब्लैकस्टोन के कंसोर्टियम ने खरीदा है।
हालांकि बीसीसीआई की कुल कमाई का अंतिम आंकड़ा अभी साफ नहीं है, क्योंकि इस डील में SA20 की पार्ल रॉयल्स और सीपीएल की बारबाडोस रॉयल्स जैसी टीमें भी शामिल हैं। ऐसे में बोर्ड की हिस्सेदारी थोड़ा और बढ़ सकती है।
आरसीबी के नए मैनेजमेंट में भी बड़े बदलाव देखने को मिलेंगे। आदित्य बिड़ला ग्रुप के आर्यमन विक्रम बिड़ला टीम के चेयरमैन होंगे, जबकि टाइम्स इंटरनेट के सत्या गजवानी वाइस चेयरमैन की भूमिका निभाएंगे। कंसोर्टियम में डेविड ब्लिट्जर और वायरल पटेल जैसे बड़े नाम भी शामिल हैं।
इसी बीच, आरसीबी के नाम बदलने की अटकलें भी तेज हो गई हैं, हालांकि इस पर अभी कोई आधिकारिक फैसला नहीं हुआ है। गौरतलब है कि आरसीबी मौजूदा आईपीएल चैंपियन है और उसकी महिला टीम भी WPL 2026 का खिताब जीत चुकी है। ऐसे में नई मालिकाना टीम के सामने इस सफलता को बरकरार रखने की चुनौती होगी।
