Republic BharatUP News: उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने मिशन कर्मयोगी के नॉर्थ जोन कार्यशाला के उद्घाटन कार्यक्रम में प्रदेश के विकास, प्रशासनिक सुधार, सरकारी कर्मचारियों की क्षमता निर्माण और नागरिक केंद्रित शासन व्यवस्था पर विस्तार से अपनी बात रखी। सीएम योगी ने अपने संबोधन में दावा किया कि पिछले साढ़े नौ वर्षों में उत्तर प्रदेश की स्टेट जीडीपी, बजट और प्रति व्यक्ति आय में तीन गुना वृद्धि हुई है। उन्होंने एक्सप्रेसवे, एयरपोर्ट, मेट्रो, रैपिड रेल, गरीबों के आवास, शौचालय, मुफ्त राशन और बिजली व्यवस्था से जुड़े आंकड़े भी गिनाए। मुख्यमंत्री ने इंसेफेलाइटिस पर नियंत्रण के अनुभव को साझा करते हुए बताया कि स्वास्थ्य विभाग के साथ दूसरे विभागों के समन्वय, प्रशिक्षण और निगरानी की अहम भूमिका रही। उन्होंने अधिकारियों से कहा कि केवल डिग्री या नियुक्ति पर्याप्त नहीं, बल्कि लगातार प्रशिक्षण, तकनीकी दक्षता और जनता के प्रति संवेदनशीलता भी जरूरी है। योगी आदित्यनाथ ने स्पष्ट किया कि सरकारी व्यवस्था की सफलता केवल फाइलों के निस्तारण से नहीं, बल्कि आम नागरिक की समस्याओं के समयबद्ध समाधान से तय होनी चाहिए। उन्होंने सही पद पर सही अधिकारी, पंचायतों और नगर निकायों की क्षमता बढ़ाने तथा प्रशासनिक जवाबदेही पर भी जोर दिया। UP News: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath spoke extensively on state development, administrative reforms, capacity building of government employees, and citizen-centric governance at the inaugural program of the Mission Karmayogi North Zone Workshop. In his address, CM Yogi claimed that Uttar Pradesh's state GDP, budget, and per capita income have tripled in the last nine and a half years. He also cited statistics related to expressways, airports, metros, rapid rail, housing for the poor, toilets, free rations, and electricity. Sharing his experience in controlling encephalitis, the Chief Minister explained that coordination, training, and monitoring with other departments within the health department played a crucial role. He told officials that mere degrees or appointments are not sufficient; continuous training, technical competence, and public sensitivity are also essential. Yogi Adityanath clarified that the success of government systems should not be determined solely by the disposal of files, but by the timely resolution of common citizens' problems.
