News18संसद... लोकतंत्र का वो मंदिर जहां निभाई जाती है परंपरा... जो निशानी है लोकतंत्र की प्रतिष्ठा की... जहां रखी जाती है देश के विकास के रोडमैप की नींव... जहां बनने वाली नीतियों से मिलती है देश को दिशा... जहां संवाद से अपार संभावनाओं का उमड़ता है सागर... क्योंकि लोकतंत्र के इस मंदिर की सबसे खूबसूरत बात ये है कि एक पक्ष अपनी बात को इतने सलीके से कहता... जहां शब्दों की मर्यादा भी रह जाती... और अपनी बात रखते हुए सामने वाले की गरिमा का भी ध्यान रखा जाता रहा... एक पक्ष ने हमेशा अपनी बात रखते हुए दूसरे पक्ष की मर्यादा का पूरा ख्याल रखा... कभी विरोध किया तो वो भी संसदीय गरिमा का पालन करते हुए... संसदीय संवाद के इतिहास में आपको ऐसे कई मौके दिख जाएंगे जब व्यंग भी हुए... विरोध भी हुआ... लेकिन तहजीब की महीन सी रेखा को किसी ने लांघा नहीं... लेकिन आज के दौर में ये रेखा भी लांघी जा चुकी है। Parliament… the temple of democracy where traditions are upheld… a symbol of the dignity of democracy… where the foundation of the nation’s development roadmap is laid… where policies shape the direction of the country… where dialogue creates a vast ocean of possibilities. The most beautiful aspect of this temple of democracy has been that one side would present its views with decorum… respecting the boundaries of language… and while stating their point, they also maintained the dignity of the opposite side. One side always considered the decorum of the other while voicing its opinion. Even during opposition, parliamentary dignity was maintained. Throughout the history of parliamentary dialogue, there are numerous instances of satire and opposition, but no one crossed the fine line of civility.
