Dwivedi said that such measures have to be taken when the state does not cooperate, and so far, hearings for ten million people have been conducted, and the rest will also be heard. The CJI said that capable lawyers like Shyam Diwan are present on Mamata's side and they can present their case. The court asked the Election Commission to respond to the petition and scheduled the next hearing for Monday.
