#WATCH | Delhi | BJP MP Sudhanshu Trivedi says, "Captain Smit Machchhar has astonished the entire nation and the world, and the whole country takes pride in his achievement. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has spoken to him, and the Presidents of Israel and the United States have praised him...The fact that not a single word, post, or press statement regarding Captain Smit Machchhar has come from the Congress's 'First Family' raises questions. Sonia Gandhi, the matriarch of that family, once shed tears for the accused in the Batla House encounter, yet no trace of compassion for Captain Smit Machchhar is visible in her eyes...Then there is the wayward 'prince,' Rahul Gandhi, who was so deeply aggrieved over Gaza, expressing his sorrow through tweets, Congress Working Committee resolutions, and newspaper articles, now seems so terrified of the 'vote bank' that not a single word escapes his lips regarding this matter. I believe the entire nation must view this conduct by the Congress's top leadership with great seriousness. It is evident that this is a clash between two ideologies. One ideology, while tacitly supporting terror, strikes like an axe, tearing apart India's constitutional institutions and social fabric, effectively steering the nation's ship toward a crash. Then there is the other perspective, the one we represent, which is willing to endure blows and risk life and limb to save the ship..."
