Now, the controversy has reached the Anti-Corruption Branch (ACB). While AAP MLA Jarnail Singh has formally approached the ACB alleging severe corruption and low-grade material in the road construction, Minister Parvesh Verma has countered with allegations of commission demands and abuse.
