The Supreme Court has given a big relief to the investigating agency regarding the ED raid on the I-PAC office in Kolkata. The apex court has issued a notice to West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and the state government, barring any coercive action against the ED. The Supreme Court has also ordered to keep the CCTV footage safe in this case, so that the evidence related to the investigation cannot be tampered with in any way. The court clearly said that the work of the investigating agency should not be hindered. Now the next hearing of this high-profile case will be on 3 February.
