UP News: उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ की अध्यक्षता में कैबिनेट ने 'माता-पिता और वरिष्ठ नागरिकों का भरण-पोषण तथा कल्याण नियमावली-2014' में संशोधन के प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी दे दी है। इसके तहत नियम 22 में 22-क, 22-ख और 22-ग नए प्रावधान जोड़े जाएंगे। नए नियमों के अनुसार, यदि कोई संतान या आश्रित रिश्तेदार बुजुर्गों की देखभाल नहीं करता या उनसे दुर्व्यवहार करता है, तो जिला मजिस्ट्रेट (DM) के पास शिकायत दर्ज कराई जा सकेगी। इन मामलों की सुनवाई 30 दिनों के भीतर करने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है और दोषी पाए जाने पर लापरवाह बच्चों को संपत्ति से बेदखल करने की प्रक्रिया तेज होगी। UP News: The Uttar Pradesh cabinet, chaired by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, has approved a proposal to amend the 'Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Rules-2014'.
