Others ऐसा था आउशवित्स यातना शिविर [Inside the Auschwitz Concentration Camp]
DW19वीं सदी के दूसरे हिस्से में रेलवे क्रॉसिंग बन जाने के बाद आउशवित्स की अर्थव्यवस्था बहुत तेजी से विकसित हुई. आस पास के अपर सिलेसिया और बोहेमिया औद्योगिक क्षेत्रों में काम के लिए आने वाले मौसमी और प्रवासी मजदूरों को रखने के लिए बड़ी संख्या में घरों की जरूरत थी. उन्हें लकड़ी के बने बैरकों और ईंटो के घरों में रखा गया था. यही इमारतें बाद में आउशवित्स नेशनल सोशलिस्ट कंसंट्रेशन कैंप को बनाने का आधार बनीं. दूसरा विश्वयुद्ध शुरू होने के तुरंत बाद ही सितंबर 1939 में आउशवित्स को जीत कर इसे जर्मन साम्राज्य में मिला लिया गया. 1940 में नाजी सुरक्षा बल एसएस के प्रमुख हाइनरिष हिमलर ज्यादा कुछ किए बगैर ही इस शिविर को कंसेंट्रेशन कैंप में बदलने में कामयाब हो गए जो आउशवित्स वन मेन कैंप कहलाया. In the second half of the 19th century, the town of Oświęcim (Auschwitz) experienced rapid economic growth after becoming an important railway hub. The new rail connections linked the town to major industrial regions, attracting seasonal workers, migrants, and emigrants. To accommodate them, a large settlement of more than 20 brick buildings and around 50 wooden barracks was constructed. These barracks were later adapted by the Nazis as the foundation of the Auschwitz concentration camp. Shortly after the outbreak of World War II, Nazi Germany occupied Oświęcim in September 1939 and incorporated the area into the Third Reich. In 1940, under orders from SS chief Heinrich Himmler, the former Polish Army barracks were converted into a concentration camp, which became known as Auschwitz I, the main camp of the Auschwitz complex. #DWHindi #BaebaakIsha #DWHistory #Auschwitz
