Prabhat KhabarJharkhand Electricity Billing: रांची में बिजली उपभोक्ता बिलिंग गड़बड़ियों से परेशान हैं. कहीं सरेंडर किए गए मीटर पर लगातार बिल भेजे जा रहे हैं, तो कहीं चालू मीटर का बिल महीनों से नहीं आया. बिजली निगम की रिपोर्ट में भी बिल संबंधी शिकायतें सबसे अधिक दर्ज हुई हैं.
