News18मंचूरियन आज सबसे पसंदीदा इंडो-चाइनीज व्यंजनों में से एक है. हालांकि, घर पर मंचूरियन बनाते समय अक्सर बॉल्स फट जाती हैं या उनमें आटे का स्वाद ज्यादा आने लगता है. ऐसे में एक आसान तरीका अपनाकर घर पर भी रेस्टोरेंट जैसा स्वादिष्ट मंचूरियन बनाया जा सकता है. सबसे पहले बारीक कटी पत्ता गोभी, गाजर, शिमला मिर्च, लहसुन, अदरक और हरी मिर्च को एक बर्तन में लें. इसमें सोया सॉस, सिरका, नमक और काली मिर्च मिलाकर 5-7 मिनट के लिए छोड़ दें. सब्जियां पानी छोड़ देंगी, जिससे मिश्रण आसानी से बंध जाएगा. इसके बाद अतिरिक्त पानी निकालकर बराबर मात्रा में कॉर्नफ्लोर और मैदा मिलाकर छोटी-छोटी बॉल्स तैयार करें और सुनहरा होने तक तल लें. ग्रेवी बनाने के लिए तेल में लहसुन, अदरक, हरी मिर्च, प्याज, शिमला मिर्च और पत्ता गोभी भूनें. फिर सोया सॉस, सिरका, टमाटर केचप, नमक और काली मिर्च डालकर अच्छी तरह मिलाएं. जरूरत के अनुसार पानी डालें और कॉर्नफ्लोर का घोल मिलाकर ग्रेवी को गाढ़ा कर लें. अंत में तैयार मंचूरियन बॉल्स को ग्रेवी में डालकर 2 से 4 मिनट तक रहने दें, ताकि उसमें मसालों का स्वाद अच्छी तरह समा जाए. इस तरीके से बनाई गई मंचूरियन बॉल्स फटेगी नहीं स्वाद भी ऐसा कि बारह बार खाएंगे.
