Tax Guru: सीएनबीसी-आवाज चैनल के शो 'टैक्स गुरु' में लक्ष्मण रॉय से बात करते हुए टैक्स एक्सपर्ट शरद कोहली ने बताया कि करोड़ों रुपये की कमाई करने वाले 15 साल के क्रिकेटर वैभव सूर्यवंशी को भी नियमानुसार इनकम टैक्स देना होगा. चूंकि यह कमाई वैभव ने अपने हुनर और काबिलियत के दम पर की है, इसलिए इस पर 'क्लबिंग ऑफ इनकम' का नियम लागू नहीं होगा और वैभव के ही पैन कार्ड पर उसकी अलग रिटर्न फाइल की जाएगी. हालांकि, 18 साल से कम उम्र होने के कारण वह खुद रिटर्न साइन नहीं कर सकते, इसलिए उसके माता-पिता या गार्जियन को इस पर साइन करना होगा. अनुमान के मुताबिक, 7 करोड़ रुपये की आय पर करीब 2 करोड़ रुपये तक टैक्स देनदारी बन सकती है. इसमें एक पेच यह है कि अगर इस कमाई को बैंक या दूसरे निवेश में लगाया जाता है तो उससे मिलने वाला ब्याज क्लबिंग नियम के तहत माता-पिता की आय में जुड़ सकता है.
