BRICS देशों की Delhi में बड़ी बैठक, NSA Ajit Doval की अगुवाई में Security पर बनेगी नई रणनीति

भारत 22-23 जून 2026 को ब्रिक्स (BRICS) देशों के राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा सलाहकारों की बैठक की मेज़बानी करेगा। विदेश मंत्रालय (MEA) ने शनिवार को बताया कि इस बैठक की अध्यक्षता राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा सलाहकार अजीत डोभाल करेंगे। विदेश मंत्रालय के अनुसार, बैठक के दौरान ब्रिक्स सदस्य देशों के राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा सलाहकार और प्रतिनिधिमंडल के प्रमुख 'आज दुनिया के सामने मौजूद गैर-पारंपरिक सुरक्षा चुनौतियां' विषय पर अपने विचार साझा करेंगे।  वे राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा चुनौतियों के तेज़ी से बदलते स्वरूप और उभरते सुरक्षा खतरों में नई तकनीकों की भूमिका पर चर्चा करेंगे।

बयान के अनुसार, राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा सलाहकार/प्रतिनिधिमंडल के प्रमुख आतंकवाद-रोधी और सूचना व संचार तकनीकों के इस्तेमाल में सुरक्षा पर हाल ही में हुई ब्रिक्स संयुक्त कार्य समूहों की बैठकों के नतीजों की समीक्षा भी करेंगे। यह बैठक ऐसे समय में हो रही है जब भारत 2026 में चौथी बार ब्रिक्स की अध्यक्षता कर रहा है; इससे पहले भारत ने 2012, 2016 और 2021 में इसकी अध्यक्षता की थी। भारत की ब्रिक्स अध्यक्षता "लचीलेपन, नवाचार, सहयोग और स्थिरता के लिए निर्माण" थीम पर आधारित है, जो प्रधानमंत्री मोदी द्वारा 2025 के रियो शिखर सम्मेलन में बताए गए लोगों पर केंद्रित और मानवता को प्राथमिकता देने वाले दृष्टिकोण को दर्शाती है।

BRICS दुनिया के ग्यारह बड़े उभरते बाज़ारों और विकासशील देशों को एक साथ लाता है: ब्राज़ील, चीन, मिस्र, इथियोपिया, भारत, इंडोनेशिया, ईरान, रूस, सऊदी अरब, दक्षिण अफ़्रीका और संयुक्त अरब अमीरात। यह वैश्विक और क्षेत्रीय महत्व के समकालीन मुद्दों, और वैश्विक राजनीतिक व आर्थिक गवर्नेंस से जुड़े मामलों पर बातचीत और सहयोग के लिए एक उपयोगी मंच के तौर पर काम करता है। BRICS 2026 की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट इस बात पर ज़ोर देती है कि कैसे BRICS का एजेंडा आपसी हित के आर्थिक मुद्दों पर शुरुआती फोकस से काफी आगे बढ़ गया है और अब यह तीन मुख्य स्तंभों पर आधारित है - राजनीति और सुरक्षा, अर्थव्यवस्था और वित्त, तथा सांस्कृतिक और लोगों के बीच आपसी आदान-प्रदान। आधिकारिक वेबसाइट ने बताया, "BRICS सहयोग का दायरा कई वैश्विक मुद्दों पर लगातार बढ़ रहा है, जिनमें आतंकवाद के ख़िलाफ़ लड़ाई, जलवायु परिवर्तन, खाद्य और ऊर्जा सुरक्षा, अंतरराष्ट्रीय आर्थिक और वित्तीय स्थिति, टेलीकम्युनिकेशन, कृषि, श्रम और रोज़गार, अंतरराष्ट्रीय वित्तीय ढांचा, व्यापार और WTO शामिल हैं।

NEET-UG Re Exam: धन्य है NTA की तकनीक, नागपुर का छात्र अब्दुल्ला 'अबू धाबी' में देगा परीक्षा?

देश की प्रतिष्ठित चिकित्सा प्रवेश परीक्षा नीट यूजी (NEET-UG) को लेकर जारी विवादों के बीच नेशनल टेस्टिंग एजेंसी की एक और बड़ी और हैरान करने वाली लापरवाही सामने आई है। 21 जून को देश भर में एक ही शिफ्ट में आयोजित होने वाली नीट यूजी की पुनर्परीक्षा के लिए एडमिट कार्ड जारी कर दिए गए हैं। इसी क्रम में नागपुर के एक छात्र के एडमिट कार्ड में परीक्षा केंद्र को लेकर एक ऐसी गंभीर तकनीकी विसंगति प्रकाश में आई है, जिसने परीक्षा की तैयारी और एडमिट कार्ड जनरेशन प्रणाली पर एक बार फिर गंभीर सवाल खड़े कर दिए हैं।

यह पूरा मामला नागपुर के रहने वाले छात्र अब्दुल्ला मोहम्मद तालिब से जुड़ा हुआ है। अब्दुल्ला ने जब कल होने वाली परीक्षा में शामिल होने के लिए एनटीए की वेबसाइट से अपना एडमिट कार्ड डाउनलोड किया, तो परीक्षा केंद्र का नाम देखकर उनके और उनके परिजनों के होश उड़ गए। एडमिट कार्ड में परीक्षा केंद्र के रूप में भारत के किसी शहर की बजाय सीधे संयुक्त अरब अमीरात (UAE) के शहर अबू धाबी में स्थित एक एग्जाम सेंटर का उल्लेख था।

एनटीए (NTA) ने स्वीकार की गलती, शाम तक संशोधित एडमिट कार्ड देने का वादा
एडमिट कार्ड में हुई इस बड़ी विसंगति और चूक की जानकारी जैसे ही नेशनल टेस्टिंग एजेंसी के शीर्ष अधिकारियों तक पहुंची, एजेंसी ने तुरंत अपनी गलती स्वीकार कर ली है। एनटीए के वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों के अनुसार, यह समस्या किसी मानवीय चूक के कारण नहीं बल्कि सॉफ्टवेयर में तकनीकी खराबी  के चलते हुई है।

एनटीए प्रशासन ने छात्र के परिवार से संपर्क कर उन्हें पूरी तरह आश्वस्त किया है कि इस गलती को जल्द से जल्द सुधार लिया जाएगा। अब्दुल्ला के परिवार ने बताया कि उन्हें एनटीए की ओर से एक ईमेल प्राप्त हुआ है, जिसमें स्पष्ट कहा गया है कि आज शाम तक इस तकनीकी त्रुटि को ठीक करके छात्र को संशोधित एडमिट कार्ड ऑनलाइन उपलब्ध करा दिया जाएगा।
