News18रांची में कई लोग बालों को मुलायम, चमकदार और स्वस्थ रखने के लिए घरेलू नुस्खों का इस्तेमाल करते हैं. ब्यूटी एक्सपर्ट के अनुसार, प्याज का रस, मेथी का पानी और एलोवेरा से बना नेचुरल हेयर सीरम बालों की देखभाल में मददगार माना जाता है. सीरम बनाने के लिए सबसे पहले मेथी को रातभर पानी में भिगो दें. सुबह मेथी के पानी में प्याज का रस मिलाएं. इसके बाद इसमें एलोवेरा जेल डालें. चाहें तो कड़ी पत्ते का पानी भी मिला सकते हैं. सभी चीजों को अच्छी तरह मिलाकर स्प्रे बोतल में भर लें. इसके बाद इस सीरम को हफ्ते में 2 से 3 बार नहाने से करीब एक घंटा पहले बालों में स्प्रे करें. एक घंटे बाद बालों को सादे पानी से धो लें. शैंपू का इस्तेमाल अगले दिन किया जा सकता है. विशेषज्ञों का कहना है कि नियमित उपयोग से बालों की चमक और मुलायमपन बढ़ाने में मदद मिल सकती है.
