Samacharnamaकोलकाता, 21 अप्रैल (आईएएनएस)। पश्चिम बंगाल के राज्यपाल आर.एन. रवि ने मंगलवार को घोषणा की कि राज्य में होने वाले आगामी दो चरणों के विधानसभा चुनाव (23 अप्रैल और 29 अप्रैल) को स्वतंत्र, निष्पक्ष और भयमुक्त बनाने के लिए 24x7 नागरिक हेल्पलाइन शुरू की गई है।
