मथुरा में यमुना नदी में शुक्रवार को एक दुखद हुआ है। पैंटून पुल के पीपे से टकराकर पलटी मोटरबोट के कारण अब तक 11 लोगों की मौत हो गई है। 7 श्रद्धालु लापता हैं। एनडीआरएफ और एसडीआरएफ के गोताखोर अभी भी तला में जुटे हुए हैं।
इस दुखद घटना के बाद आईपीएल 2026 के 17वें मुकाबले में शनिवार को पंजाब किंग्स के खिलाड़ी काली पट्टी पहनकर मैदान में उतरे। सनराइजर्स हैदराबाद के खिलाफ ये मुकाबला मुल्लांपुर के महाराजा यादवेंद्र सिंह इंटरनेशनल क्रिकेट स्टेडियम में खेला जा रहा है।
वहीं मुकाबले की बात करें तो पंजाब किंग्स के कप्तान श्रेयस अय्यर ने टॉस जीतकर गेंदबाजी करने का फैसला किया। पहले बल्लेबाजी करने उतरी पंजाब की शुरुआत शानदार रही। अभिषेक शर्मा और ट्रेविस हेड ने आते ही हवाई प्रहार शुरू किए। पावरप्ले में हैदराबाद ने बिना कोई विकेट खोए 105 रन बना दिए।
