Republic Bharatहनुमान जन्मोत्सव के अवसर पर गुरुवार को उत्तम नगर, जहांगीरपुरी, तुगलकाबाद, ब्रह्मपुरी, मौजपुर और पुरानी दिल्ली के मरघट वाले हनुमान मंदिर सहित विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में भव्य शोभायात्राएं निकाली गईं। भक्तों ने बड़े ही धूमधाम से हनुमान जन्मोत्सव मनाया। आयोजन को देखते हुए दिल्ली पुलिस हाई अलर्ट पर रही। इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री रेखा गुप्ता ने करोल बाग स्थित 108 फुट ऊंचे श्री संकट मोचन धाम में पूजा-अर्चना कर राजधानी की सुख-शांति और तरक्की की प्रार्थना की। वहीं, भाजपा नेता और पूर्व मंत्री प्रवेश वर्मा ने भी सपरिवार प्रमुख हनुमान मंदिरों में दर्शन कर आशीर्वाद लिया। उत्तम नगर में तरुण खटीक की हत्या के बाद माहौल तनावपूर्ण था, लेकिन वहाँ भी लोगों ने तरुण की तस्वीर लगाकर हनुमान यात्रा निकाली। जहांगीरपुरी में भारी सुरक्षा के बीच शोभायात्रा शुरू हुई, जहाँ 'जय श्री राम' के नारों से पूरा क्षेत्र गुंजायमान हो उठा। यहाँ एच-ब्लॉक बाजार में मुस्लिम समुदाय के लोगों ने पुष्प वर्षा कर यात्रा का स्वागत किया। तुगलकाबाद और यमुनापार के मौजपुर क्षेत्रों में भी पारंपरिक हर्षोल्लास के साथ शोभायात्राएं निकाली गईं। दिल्ली के ब्रह्मपुरी में पंडित संजय गौड़ द्वारा 36वीं विशाल हनुमान शोभायात्रा आयोजित की गई। इस यात्रा में महामंडलेश्वरों एवं जगद्गुरुओं सहित माननीय डिप्टी स्पीकर श्री मोहन सिंह बिष्ट जी ने हिस्सा लिया। इस दौरान 50 से अधिक भव्य झांकियां आकर्षण का केंद्र रहीं। On the occasion of Hanuman Janmotsav on Thursday, grand processions (Shobha Yatras) were taken out in various areas of Delhi, including Uttam Nagar, Jahangirpuri, Tughlakabad, Brahmpuri, Maujpur, and the Marghat Wale Hanuman Temple in Old Delhi. Devotees celebrated the festival with great enthusiasm, while Delhi Police remained on high alert to ensure safety. Chief Minister Rekha Gupta offered prayers at the 108-foot Shri Sankat Mochan Dham in Karol Bagh, praying for the peace, prosperity, and progress of the capital. Additionally, BJP leader and former minister Pravesh Verma visited prominent Hanuman temples with his family to seek blessings. Despite the tense atmosphere in Uttam Nagar following the murder of Tarun Khatiq, people carried out the procession displaying his photographs. In Jahangirpuri, the yatra commenced under heavy security, echoing with chants of 'Jai Shri Ram.' Notably, members of the Muslim community welcomed the procession by showering flower petals at the H-Block market. In Brahmpuri, the 36th grand Shobha Yatra was organized by Pandit Sanjay Gaur. The event was graced by Mahamandaleshwars, Jagadgurus, and Honorable Deputy Speaker Shri Mohan Singh Bisht.
