Others ट्रेन में गैंगरेप; HC ने कहा- रेलवे जिम्मेदार, पीड़िता को 3 लाख देने का आदेश
Hindustanदिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने 2012 में ट्रेन में गैगरेप की पीड़िता को 3 लाख का मुआवजा देने के एनएचआरसी के निर्देश को सही ठहराया है। अदालत ने रेलवे की याचिका खारिज करते हुए कहा कि यात्रियों को सुरक्षा उसकी जिम्मेदारी है।
