Ground Report : लखनऊ में मरीजों की जान से खिलवाड़ करने वाले ब्लड बैंकों पर तगड़ा एक्शन!
जांच के दौरान खुलासा हुआ कि इन ब्लड बैंकों में खून की गुणवत्ता जांच के तय मानकों का पालन नहीं किया जा रहा था। रैपिड टेस्ट के नाम पर केवल औपचारिकता निभाई जा रही थी, जबकि कई जगहों पर कोई डॉक्टर मौजूद नहीं मिला। सबसे चौंकाने वाली बात यह रही कि खून लेने और जारी करने का कोई ठोस रिकॉर्ड तक नहीं रखा जा रहा था। इसके अलावा खाली ब्लड बैग की गुणवत्ता जांच भी नहीं कराई गई थी, जिससे मरीजों को दिया जाने वाला खून पूरी तरह असुरक्षित हो सकता था। The investigation revealed that the prescribed standards for blood quality testing were not being adhered to in these blood banks. Under the guise of "rapid tests," mere formalities were being observed, while in several locations, no doctor was found to be present. Most shockingly, no proper records regarding the collection and issuance of blood were being maintained. Furthermore, the quality of the empty blood bags themselves had not been verified, rendering the blood administered to patients potentially completely unsafe.
