Agniveer Scheme पर GD Bakshi ने बताई नए प्लान की पूरी कहानी| Maj Gen Retd GD Bakshi अग्निवीर योजना में हुए नए बदलावों का पूर्व मेजर जनरल GD बख्शी ने स्वागत किया है। उन्होंने 4 नवंबर को CDS और तीनों सेनाओं के प्रमुखों की ओर से घोषित बदलावों को बेहद अहम बताया। GD बख्शी के मुताबिक, चार साल के अनुभव के बाद अग्निवीर योजना को और बेहतर बनाने की दिशा में कदम उठाए गए हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि अग्निवीरों की सेवा अवधि को 4+2 यानी छह साल करने से सैनिकों को बेहतर ट्रेनिंग और अनुभव मिलेगा। इससे सेना की ऑपरेशनल क्षमता में भी बड़ा इजाफा होगा। उन्होंने खास तौर पर ऑपरेशन सिंदूर का अनुभव रखने वाले अग्निवीरों को महत्वपूर्ण बताया। GD बख्शी ने योजना के तहत 25 प्रतिशत अग्निवीरों को मेरिट के आधार पर नियमित सेवा में शामिल करने और बाकी अग्निवीरों को दो साल अतिरिक्त सेवा का विकल्प देने की बात भी समझाई। देखिए अग्निवीर योजना के नए बदलावों, सेना की ताकत और देश के युवाओं के भविष्य पर GD बख्शी का पूरा विश्लेषण। Former Major General GD Bakshi has welcomed the latest changes to the Agniveer scheme, calling them an important step towards strengthening the Indian Armed Forces. He highlighted the changes announced on November 4 by the Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) and the chiefs of the three services. According to GD Bakshi, extending the service period to 4+2 years, making it six years in total, will provide Agniveers with better training, greater experience and more time to develop operational skills. He believes this could significantly enhance the operational capabilities of the armed forces. He also highlighted the importance of Agniveers who have experience of Operation Sindoor. GD Bakshi further explained the provision under which 25% of Agniveers will be selected for regular service on the basis of merit, while the remaining personnel will have the option of serving for two additional years.
