Babar Azam Dropped: पाकिस्तान क्रिकेट में एक बार फिर बवाल खड़ा हो गया। इस बार मामला पूर्व कप्तान बाबर आज़म को बांग्लादेश के खिलाफ वनडे सीरीज से बाहर रखने को लेकर है। अलग-अलग बयान सामने आने के बाद यह साफ नहीं हो पा रहा कि बाबर आज़म फिट हैं, अनफिट हैं या फिर उन्हें टीम से ड्रॉप किया गया था।
बांग्लादेश दौरे पर पाकिस्तान को 2-1 से सीरीज हार का सामना करना पड़ा। रविवार को ढाका में खेले गए तीसरे और निर्णायक वनडे में हार के बाद यह सवाल और तेज हो गया कि आखिर बाबर आज़म टीम में क्यों नहीं थे। जब पाकिस्तान क्रिकेट बोर्ड ने बांग्लादेश दौरे के लिए टीम का ऐलान किया था, तब यह साफ नहीं किया गया था कि बाबर आज़म और कुछ अन्य सीनियर खिलाड़ियों को आराम दिया गया है या उन्हें टीम से बाहर कर दिया गया है। इसी वजह से अब अलग-अलग बयान सामने आने के बाद भ्रम और बढ़ गया।
बाबर चोटिल या फिट?
आकिब जावेद ने कहा था कि बाबर खुद घरेलू टूर्नामेंट खेलना चाहते थे, लेकिन चोट की वजह से यह संभव नहीं था। हालांकि इस बयान के अगले ही दिन बाबर आज़म ने सोशल मीडिया पर कुछ तस्वीरें पोस्ट कीं, जिन्हें कई फैंस ने उनके फिट होने का संकेत माना। इन पोस्ट को जावेद के बयान पर तंज के तौर पर भी देखा गया।

इस सीरीज में पाकिस्तान टीम में कई नए चेहरे देखने को मिले। माज़ सादाकत, शमील हुसैन, गाजी घोरी और साद मसूद को पहली बार टीम में शामिल किया गया था। वहीं साहिबजादा फरहान और अब्दुल समद ने इस सीरीज में अपना वनडे डेब्यू किया। इन अलग-अलग बयानों ने पाकिस्तान क्रिकेट में नई बहस छेड़ दी है। सोशल मीडिया पर फैंस और कई पूर्व क्रिकेटरों ने PCB से साफ जवाब देने की मांग की है कि बाबर आज़म की गैरमौजूदगी की असली वजह क्या थी।
कुछ पूर्व खिलाड़ियों ने तो यह तक इशारा किया है कि चयनकर्ता आकिब जावेद और बाबर आज़म के बीच निजी मतभेद भी हो सकते हैं। हालांकि इस बारे में आधिकारिक तौर पर कुछ भी सामने नहीं आया है।
फिलहाल स्थिति यही है कि पाकिस्तान टीम सीरीज हार चुकी है और बाबर आज़म की गैरमौजूदगी पर सवाल अभी भी बरकरार हैं। जब तक PCB इस मामले पर स्पष्ट बयान नहीं देता, तब तक यह विवाद खत्म होता नजर नहीं आ रहा।
