MoneycontrolNew Income Tax Rule: भारत में 1 अप्रैल 2026 से नया इनकम टैक्स एक्ट लागू होने जा रहा है। केंद्र सरकार ने 64 साल पुराने 'इनकम टैक्स एक्ट 1961' को रिटायर करने का फैसला कर लिया है। इसकी जगह अब एक नया, आधुनिक और सरल 'इनकम टैक्स एक्ट' लागू किया जा रहा है। इस नए कानून का मुख्य उद्देश्य टैक्स की जटिलताओं को खत्म करना और टैक्सपेयर्स के लिए प्रक्रिया को पारदर्शी बनाना है

BBC NewsHighly potent synthetic opioid drugs called nitazenes, which experts say can be many times more potent than heroin, have been linked to hundreds of deaths in the UK. Records show some people are taking them by accident, as they are mixed in with other drugs as cheap substitutes. The National Crime Agency (NCA) believes nitazenes are being smuggled into the UK through the post. Due to their strength, they can be secreted in small volumes in parcels. New data obtained by BBC News shows almost all the deaths as a result of taking the substance were accidental, with Birmingham being a hotspot.
