Others Abhijeet Dipke की दादी के निधन की खबर पर विवाद, दिल्ली पुलिस ने वीडियो जारी कर दिया जवाब
prabhasakshiदिल्ली पुलिस ने रविवार को एक वीडियो जारी कर कॉकरोच जनता पार्टी (सीजेपी) के उन आरोपों को खारिज किया, जिनमें कहा गया था कि हिरासत के दौरान पार्टी के संस्थापक अभिजीत दीपके को उनकी दादी के निधन की जानकारी नहीं दी गई थी। पुलिस का कहना है कि दीपके को यह खबर तुरंत दे दी गई थी और उनके गृह नगर जाने के लिए मदद की पेशकश भी की गई थी, लेकिन उन्होंने इसे स्वीकार नहीं किया।
दिल्ली पुलिस ने क्या कहा?
दिल्ली पुलिस की डीसीपी (पीआरओ) नेहा यादव ने प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस में वीडियो साझा करते हुए कहा कि अभिजीत दीपके को उनकी दादी के निधन की जानकारी दे दी गई थी। पुलिस के मुताबिक, उन्हें अंतिम संस्कार के समय के बारे में भी बताया गया था।
पुलिस ने कहा कि दीपके को उनके गृह नगर जाने और परिवार से बात करने में मदद देने की पेशकश की गई थी। हालांकि, उन्होंने यह मदद लेने से इनकार कर दिया।
सीजेपी और दीपके की मां ने लगाए थे आरोप
यह सफाई उस समय आई, जब अभिजीत दीपके की मां और सीजेपी ने दिल्ली पुलिस पर झूठ बोलने का आरोप लगाया था। उनका कहना था कि शनिवार को हिरासत में रहने के दौरान दीपके को उनकी दादी के निधन की खबर नहीं दी गई थी। दीपके की दादी लंबे समय से बीमार थीं। उनका शनिवार सुबह करीब 11:30 बजे निधन हो गया था।

Abhijeet Dipke and two of their associates were detained on October 10 in connection with a call for a protest at Janpath as permission for the demonstration had not been granted"

बॉन्ड पर साइन नहीं करने के दावे पर पुलिस का जवाब
रिहाई के बाद अभिजीत दीपके ने एक्स पर कहा था कि उन्होंने ऐसा कोई बॉन्ड साइन नहीं किया है, जिसमें प्रदर्शन नहीं करने की शर्त हो। इस पर दिल्ली पुलिस ने कहा कि रिहाई की शर्तों का उल्लंघन करने पर कार्रवाई की जा सकती है।
जंतर-मंतर पर प्रदर्शन से पहले हिरासत में लिए गए थे नेता
शनिवार को जंतर-मंतर पर होने वाले प्रदर्शन से पहले सीजेपी संस्थापक अभिजीत दीपके, आशुतोष रांका और सौरभ दास को दिल्ली पुलिस ने विमान के अंदर से हिरासत में लिया था। पुलिस ने कानून-व्यवस्था और निषेधाज्ञा का हवाला देते हुए प्रदर्शन की अनुमति नहीं दी थी। तीनों नेताओं को रविवार सुबह कार्यकारी मजिस्ट्रेट के सामने पेश किया गया, जिसके बाद उन्हें रिहा कर दिया गया।

एक साल तक शांति बनाए रखने की शर्त पर रिहाई
सीजेपी की कानूनी मामलों की प्रमुख रत्ना सिंह ने बताया था कि तीनों नेताओं को एक साल तक शांति भंग नहीं करने की शर्त पर रिहा किया गया है। पार्टी ने इस फैसले को अपनी बड़ी कानूनी जीत बताया था।
