Republic BharatUP News: मिर्जापुर के लहुरियादह गांव में बन रहे उच्च प्राथमिक विद्यालय को लेकर विवाद खड़ा हो गया है। पूर्व IAS दिव्या मित्तल द्वारा स्कूल के मुद्दे पर सवाल उठाए जाने के बाद निर्माण कार्य शुरू हुआ, लेकिन महज पांच दिन बाद वन विभाग ने जमीन पर अपना दावा करते हुए काम रुकवा दिया। वन विभाग का कहना है कि जिस जमीन पर स्कूल का निर्माण कराया जा रहा है, वह वन विभाग की भूमि है। टीम ने निर्माण स्थल से मिस्त्री और लेबरों का सामान भी हटवा दिया। वहीं राजस्व विभाग के लेखपाल का दावा है कि स्कूल के लिए आवंटित जमीन ग्राम सभा और राजस्व विभाग की है। अराजी नंबर 1116 ग, रकबा 0.169 हेक्टेयर यानी करीब 13 बिस्वा जमीन को लेकर दोनों विभागों के दावे अलग-अलग हैं। वन विभाग के रेंजर के मुताबिक उसके रिकॉर्ड में स्कूल का निर्माण अराजी नंबर 730 और 732 पर कराया जा रहा था, जबकि उनके अनुसार अराजी नंबर 733 राजस्व विभाग की जमीन है। इस विवाद से ग्रामीण भी नाराज हैं। उनका सवाल है कि अगर जमीन वन विभाग की थी तो तहसील प्रशासन ने स्कूल निर्माण के लिए जमीन आवंटित कैसे कर दी? ग्रामीणों ने पूरे मामले की जांच और विभागों के बीच समन्वय की मांग की है। UP News: A controversy has erupted over the construction of a higher primary school in Lahuriyadah village, Mirzapur. Construction began after former IAS officer Divya Mittal raised questions about the school, but just five days later, the Forest Department halted the work, claiming ownership of the land. The Forest Department claims that the land on which the school is being built belongs to the Forest Department. The team also removed the masons and laborers' equipment from the construction site. Meanwhile, the Revenue Department's accountant claims that the land allotted for the school belongs to the Gram Sabha and the Revenue Department. Both departments have differing claims regarding Arazi number 1116 G, measuring 0.169 hectares (approximately 13 biswas). According to the Forest Department's ranger, his records indicate that the school was being constructed on Arazi numbers 730 and 732, while he believes Arazi number 733 belongs to the Revenue Department. The villagers are also upset by this dispute. They questioned how the tehsil administration allocated the land for school construction if it belonged to the forest department.
