However, Burnham has to get approval from Labour's ruling national executive committee, which Keir Starmer and some of his allies are on, before he can enter the race to be the party's candidate. Samacharnamaश्रीनगर, 25 जनवरी (आईएएनएस)। जम्मू-कश्मीर में श्रीनगर-जम्मू नेशनल हाईवे को ट्रैफिक के लिए खोल दिया गया है और हाईवे पर फंसे वाहनों को पहले निकलने दिया जा रहा है। इसके साथ ही एयरपोर्ट से बर्फ हटाई जा रही है।
