BCCI Vacancy: भारतीय क्रिकेट कंट्रोल बोर्ड (BCCI) ने हेड (स्पोर्ट्स साइंस एंड मेडिसिन) पोस्ट के लिए योग्य उम्मीदवारों से आवेदन मांगे हैं। यह पद बेंगलुरु स्थित BCCI Centre of Excellence में होगा और चुने गए उम्मीदवार को हेड ऑफ क्रिकेट (सेंटर ऑफ एक्सीलेंस) को रिपोर्ट करना होगा। इस पद के लिए सिर्फ एक वैकेंसी है और उम्मीदवार की उम्र 60 साल से कम होनी चाहिए।
क्या काम करना होता है?
इस जिम्मेदारी में भारतीय क्रिकेटरों के लिए Sports Science और Medicine से जुड़ी रणनीति तैयार करना और उसे लागू करना शामिल है। उम्मीदवार को खिलाड़ियों की सेहत, चोट से बचाव, इलाज और रिहैबिलिटेशन से लेकर उनके लंबे समय के शारीरिक विकास तक की योजनाओं की निगरानी करनी होगी।
चुने गए अधिकारी के अधीन कई महत्वपूर्ण टीमें काम करेंगी। इनमें Head of Physiotherapy (CoE), Team India Head of Physiotherapy, Head S&C (CoE) और Team India S&C शामिल हैं। उन्हें नेशनल और Centre of Excellence के कोचों, Cricket Education टीम और दूसरे परफॉर्मेंस विशेषज्ञों के साथ मिलकर काम करना होगा। इस पद की एक बड़ी जिम्मेदारी चोट के जोखिम को कम करना और खिलाड़ियों की रिकवरी को बेहतर बनाना भी होगी। इसके अलावा बीमारी और वेलनेस मैनेजमेंट, खिलाड़ी विकास, परफॉर्मेंस बेंचमार्किंग और लंबे समय की फिटनेस पर भी फोकस रहेगा।
BCCI इस पद पर ऐसे उम्मीदवार की तलाश में है जो रिसर्च और नई तकनीक को भी बढ़ावा दे सके। उम्मीदवार को Sports Science और Medicine विभाग के रिसर्च विंग को विकसित करने के साथ प्रतिष्ठित स्पोर्ट्स और मेडिकल संस्थानों के साथ साझेदारी बनाने की दिशा में भी काम करना होगा।
ये है योग्यता
योग्यता की बात करें तो उम्मीदवार के पास Sports Science या संबंधित विषय में मास्टर डिग्री होनी चाहिए। Doctorate को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी। साथ ही मल्टी डिसिप्लिनरी परफॉर्मेंस टीम को रणनीतिक स्तर पर संभालने का कम से कम 5 साल का अनुभव जरूरी है। प्रोफेशनल या ओलंपिक स्तर की हाई-परफॉर्मेंस टीम के साथ Sports Science या Medicine सपोर्ट देने और रणनीतिक योजनाएं लागू करने का अनुभव भी जरूरी है। संबंधित क्षेत्र में मौजूदा प्रोफेशनल accreditation या licence होना चाहिए।
Medical Director या Chief Medical Officer के रूप में अनुभव, Sport & Exercise Medicine में specialist recognition और medical/clinical governance का अनुभव अतिरिक्त योग्यता मानी जाएगी। इच्छुक उम्मीदवार 30 सितंबर को शाम 5 बजे तक आवेदन कर सकते हैं। स्क्रीनिंग और शॉर्टलिस्टिंग के बाद योग्य उम्मीदवारों को व्यक्तिगत इंटरव्यू के लिए बुलाया जा सकता है।
