News188th Pay Commission News: 3 गुना बढ़ गई केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों की सैलरी? | Salary Hike | DA Hike | N18V 8वां केंद्रीय वेतन आयोग केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों की सैलरी, भत्तों और रिटायरमेंट बेनिफिट्स में बदलाव की सिफारिश करेगा। सरकार ने अक्टूबर 2025 में आयोग के टर्म्स ऑफ रेफरेंस को मंजूरी दी थी और आयोग को गठन की तारीख से 18 महीने के भीतर अपनी रिपोर्ट देनी है। फिलहाल फिटमेंट फैक्टर या भत्तों में कितनी बढ़ोतरी होगी, इसका अंतिम फैसला नहीं हुआ है। खास बात यह है कि रेलवे के लोको पायलट, ट्रेन मैनेजर जैसे रनिंग स्टाफ और सेना, नौसेना व वायुसेना के कर्मचारियों की सैलरी सिर्फ बेसिक पे से तय नहीं होती। सशस्त्र बलों के कर्मियों को मिलिट्री सर्विस पे यानी MSP भी मिलता है। 7वें वेतन आयोग में JCO और अन्य रैंक के लिए MSP ₹5,200 तथा कमीशन अधिकारियों के लिए ₹15,500 प्रति माह था। 8वें वेतन आयोग में MSP कितना बढ़ेगा, यह अभी तय नहीं है। इसके अलावा जोखिम और कठिन क्षेत्र भत्ते भी कुल वेतन को प्रभावित करते हैं। The 8th Central Pay Commission will recommend changes in the salaries, allowances and retirement benefits of central government employees. The government approved the commission’s Terms of Reference in October 2025, and it has been given 18 months from the date of its constitution to submit its recommendations. So far, there is no final decision on the new fitment factor or the extent of increase in different allowances. Importantly, the salaries of railway running staff, such as loco pilots and train managers, as well as personnel of the Army, Navy and Air Force, cannot be understood through basic pay alone. Armed Forces personnel also receive Military Service Pay, or MSP. Under the 7th Pay Commission, MSP was fixed at ₹5,200 per month for JCOs and other ranks and ₹15,500 for commissioned officers. The increase in MSP under the 8th Pay Commission is yet to be decided.
