Republic Bharatगुलजार सिंह की सल्फास खाने से हुई मौत के मामले में पुलिस ने उनके भाई और बेटे के बयानों के आधार पर SC/ST एक्ट के तहत पांच लोगों के खिलाफ FIR दर्ज की है। पुलिस के मुताबिक चार आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है, जबकि एक फरार है। मामले की गहराई से जांच के लिए चार सदस्यीय SIT गठित की गई है। परिवार ने प्रशासन से संतुष्टि जताई है और एक सदस्य को सरकारी नौकरी देने पर सहमति की बात कही है। वहीं, परिवार के एक सदस्य ने वित्त मंत्री हरपाल चीमा के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की मांग की है। Punjab Police said Gulzar Singh died after consuming aluminium phosphide, commonly referred to as sulphas. An FIR has been registered against five people under the SC/ST Act based on statements from his brother and son. Four accused have been arrested, while one remains absconding. A four-member SIT has been constituted for a detailed investigation. The family said they are satisfied with the administration and that a government job has been assured for one family member.
