Samacharnamaनई दिल्ली, 29 अगस्त (आईएएनएस)। भारतीय खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक प्राधिकरण (एफएसएसएआई) ने उपभोक्ताओं के स्वास्थ्य और खाद्य गुणवत्ता की सुरक्षा को ध्यान में रखते हुए देश के दो प्रमुख मसाला ब्रांड एवरेस्ट और लालजी गोधू की कम्पाउंडेड यानी मिश्रित हींग की बिक्री पर रोक लगा दी है। यह कार्रवाई खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक अधिनियम, 2006 के तहत की गई है, जब जांच में दोनों कंपनियों के हींग उत्पाद निर्धारित गुणवत्ता मानकों पर खरे नहीं उतरे।
