DWहरियाणा के खरमान गांव की रेनू सांगवान की कहानी संघर्ष, साहस और हौसले की मिसाल है. महज 18 साल की उम्र में शादी, घरेलू हिंसा, पति की शराब की लत और फिर पति को खोने का दर्द, रेनू ने जिंदगी में एक के बाद एक मुश्किलों का सामना किया. लेकिन हर बार उन्होंने हार मानने के बजाय नई शुरुआत की. स्थानीय स्तर पर मक्खन बेचने से शुरू हुआ उनका सफर आगे चलकर देसी गायों पर आधारित डेयरी कारोबार तक पहुंचा. आज वह देसी नस्लों और आधुनिक तकनीकों के सहारे एक सफल डेयरी उद्यम चला रही हैं. उनके इसी संघर्ष और योगदान के लिए 2024 में उन्हें राष्ट्रीय गोपाल रत्न पुरस्कार से सम्मानित किया गया. रेनू सांगवान की कहानी सिर्फ एक डेयरी फार्म की कहानी नहीं, बल्कि बार-बार टूटकर फिर खड़े होने वाली एक महिला की कहानी है. #dwhindi From Kharman village in Haryana, Renu Sangwan’s journey is one of extraordinary courage, resilience, and entrepreneurship born out of hardship. Married at the young age of eighteen, her early years were marked by struggle. She endured domestic violence and was once admitted to the hospital due to the abuse. For a brief period, she returned to her father’s home, but social pressures forced her back into her marriage. During this time, her husband fell into alcoholism, and life became even more challenging. Determined to change her circumstances and give her children a better future, Renu decided to take matters into her own hands. With no resources but immense willpower, she began by selling butter locally, a small step that became the foundation of her independence. Slowly, her efforts started stabilizing her life, and she began to see hope. Just as things were beginning to improve, tragedy struck again. Her husband fell seriously ill, and Renu spent all her savings trying to save him. Despite her efforts, his death left her emotionally shattered and financially drained. But instead of giving up, she chose to start again, this time with even greater determination. Renu turned to dairy farming, beginning with a few indigenous cows and building her enterprise step by step. Through hard work and learning, she transformed her small setup into a growing dairy business. However, in 2021, another devastating setback hit her when a major accident led to the loss of her prized cows and buffaloes, causing heavy financial loss. Yet again, she refused to give up. Rising from loss after loss, Renu rebuilt her dairy from scratch, stronger, more focused, and driven by purpose. Today, she has established a successful dairy enterprise based on indigenous breeds and modern practices, earning recognition across the country. In 2024, her relentless efforts and contribution to the dairy sector were honored with the prestigious Gopal Ratna National Award. Renu Sangwan is not just a dairy entrepreneur, she is a symbol of resilience. Her journey reflects the strength of a woman who refused to be defined by circumstances, and instead built a life of dignity, independence, and inspiration for countless others in rural India.
