Akhilesh Yadav का सरकार पर तंज, 'एक प्रधान' को हटाकर 'प्रधानमंत्री' को बचा लिया

लोकसभा में पेपर लीक के खिलाफ़ संशोधन बिल पर चल रही बहस के दौरान SP के अखिलेश यादव ने केंद्र सरकार पर निशाना साधते हुए कहा कि सरकार ने एक 'प्रधान' को बचाने के लिए दूसरे 'प्रधान' को हटा दिया है। अखिलेश यादव ने 'प्रधान' शब्द का मज़ाकिया अंदाज़ में इस्तेमाल करते हुए शिक्षा मंत्री धर्मेंद्र प्रधान और प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की ओर इशारा किया है। उन्होंने कहा कि जब मंत्री (पूर्व केंद्रीय शिक्षा मंत्री धर्मेंद्र प्रधान) (संसद) पहुँचे, तो सदन के बाहर उनका स्वागत किया गया। सोचिए सदस्यों को कितनी बड़ी राहत मिली होगी और वे किस बड़े संकट से बच गए। एक 'प्रधान' को हटाकर, आपने असल में 'प्रधानमंत्री' को बचा लिया।

अखिलेश यादव ने नेशनल टेस्टिंग एजेंसी के कामकाज को लेकर सरकार की कड़ी आलोचना की और सवाल उठाया कि देश की सबसे महत्वपूर्ण शैक्षणिक संस्थाओं में से एक का काम आउटसोर्स क्यों किया गया है। अखिलेश यादव ने लोकसभा में उन NEET उम्मीदवारों को श्रद्धांजलि दी जिन्होंने आत्महत्या कर ली थी। समाजवादी पार्टी के अखिलेश यादव का दावा है कि उत्तर प्रदेश में BJP के शासनकाल में 10 वर्षों के दौरान 20 बार परीक्षा के पेपर लीक हुए। उन्होंने पार्टी की एक विशेष पुस्तिका से परीक्षा पेपर लीक की सूची भी पढ़कर सुनाई।

मोदी सरकार पर निशाना साधते हुए अखिलेश यादव ने कहा कि समस्या कानूनों की नहीं, बल्कि नीयत की है। उन्होंने कहा कि मैं दूर से ही विरोध-प्रदर्शन देख रहा था। जीत के बाद जो नारे लगाए गए, वे सरकार के ख़िलाफ़ थे। यह सरकार इस बात पर गर्व करती थी कि वह किसी के सामने नहीं झुकती। इससे पहले कांग्रेस नेता गौरव गोगोई ने लोकसभा में परीक्षा प्रश्नपत्र निरोधक कानून को मोदी सरकार की ‘‘विफलता का स्मारक’’ करार दिया और कहा कि गृह मंत्री अमित शाह को सदन में इसका जवाब देना चाहिए कि प्रदर्शनकारी छात्रों पर पैलेट गन के इस्तेमाल का आदेश किसने दिया था। उन्होंने सदन में ‘लोक परीक्षा (अनुचित साधन निवारण) संशोधन विधेयक, 2026’ पर चर्चा की शुरुआत करते हुए सरकार की मंशा पर सवाल खड़े किए और यह दावा किया कि 2024 में लाया गया मूल कानून भी पेपर लीक रोकने में नाकाम रहा था और नया प्रस्तावित कानून भी अपने उद्देश्य में सफल नहीं होगा।

उन्होंने कहा कि मंत्री (जितेंद्र सिंह) के वक्तव्य और विधेयक के प्रावधानों से स्पष्ट है कि सरकार शिक्षा व्यवस्था में सुधार को लेकर गंभीर नहीं है और यह केवल दिखावे का विधेयक है। उनके मुताबिक, 2024 में जब इसी तरह का विधेयक लाया गया था तब सरकार ने इसे ऐतिहासिक बताते हुए दावा किया था कि पेपर लीक नहीं होगा, लेकिन उसी वर्ष नीट-यूजी पेपर लीक मामले में 45 लोगों को आरोपी बनाया गया, जिनमें से अधिकतर को जमानत मिल चुकी है। उनका कहना था कि मामले के कथित मास्टरमाइंड को भी जमानत मिल गई।

मेकेदातु बांध: सीएम विजय ने पीएम मोदी से जल शक्ति मंत्रालय का राज्यसभा में दिया जवाब वापस लेने का आग्रह किया

चेन्नई, 28 जुलाई तमिलनाडु के मुख्यमंत्री सी. जोसेफ विजय ने मंगलवार को प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी से कहा कि राज्यसभा में केंद्र सरकार की ओर से यह कहा जाना ‘‘निराशाजनक’’ है कि प्रस्तावित मेकेदातु बांध परियोजना के संबंध में उच्चतम न्यायालय के फैसले में कर्नाटक के लिए तटवर्ती राज्यों की सहमति लेना अनिवार्य नहीं बताया गया है। मुख्यमंत्री विजय ने प्रधानमंत्री को लिखे पत्र में आग्रह किया कि जल शक्ति राज्य मंत्री द्वारा 27 जुलाई, 2026 को राज्यसभा में (अतारांकित प्रश्न संख्या 876 के) उत्तर में अंतरराज्यीय जल विवादों से जुड़े स्थापित कानूनों और कानूनी सिद्धांतों का उल्लेख किए बिना दिया गया जवाब वापस लिया जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि कर्नाटक-आंध्र प्रदेश आलमट्टी मामले में उच्चतम न्यायालय ने स्पष्ट रूप से कहा है कि किसी भी परियोजना के लिए निचले तटवर्ती राज्य की सहमति पूरी तरह आवश्यक है।

विजय ने प्रधानमंत्री से आग्रह किया कि यह सुनिश्चित किया जाए कि मेकेदातु बांध परियोजना को तबतक कोई मंजूरी न दी जाए, जब तक वह कावेरी जल विवाद न्यायाधिकरण (सीडब्ल्यूडीटी) के फैसले और उच्चतम न्यायालय के निर्णय के अनुरूप न हो।
