मौलाना अली जौहर ट्रस्ट मामला: इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने बाहरी व्यक्ति की रिट याचिका पर विचार करने से किया इनकार
prabhasakshiप्रयागराज, 28 जुलाई इलाहाबाद उच्च न्यायालय ने रामपुर में मौलाना अली जौहर ट्रस्ट के ध्वस्तीकरण मामले में एक बाहरी व्यक्ति / पैरोकार द्वारा दायर रिट याचिका पर विचार करने से इनकार कर दिया है। अपर महाधिवक्ता अनुपम त्रिवेदी ने इस याचिका की पोषणीयता पर यह कहते हुए आपत्ति की कि यह रिट याचिका मोहम्मद यूसुफ नाम के एक व्यक्ति द्वारा दायर की गई है जो पेशे से व्यवसायी है और इसे मोहम्मद अली जौहर ट्रस्ट का पैरोकार नियुक्त किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि विश्वविद्यालय का प्रतिनिधित्व हमेशा से इसके रजिस्ट्रार या संबंधित विश्वविद्यालय में कार्यरत किसी अधिकारी द्वारा किया जाता है।
एक अजनबी व्यक्ति इस विश्वविद्यालय की ओर से अदालत से संपर्क नहीं कर सकता। याचिका की पोषणीयता के संबंध में उठाई गई प्रारंभिक आपत्ति पर न्यायमूर्ति सौरभ श्याम शमशेरी ने सोमवार को पारित अपने आदेश में कहा, “रिट याचिका के रिकॉर्ड पर गौर करने के बाद अदालत को अपर महाधिवक्ता द्वारा उठाई गई आपत्ति में दम नजर आता है।
