News18Chapra Famous Samosa: अगर आप छपरा में हैं और गरखा प्रखंड के रेरिया नहर चौक से गुजर रहे हैं, तो उठती हुई गरम मसालों की भीनी-भीनी खुशबू आपको रुकने पर मजबूर कर देगी. श्री राम समोसा भंडार नाम का यह छोटा सा ठेला पिछले 15 सालों से स्वाद का ऐसा जादू बिखेर रहा है. जिसके आगे बड़े-बड़े रेस्तरां भी पानी भरते नजर आते हैं. राम जी शाह की इस दुकान की सबसे बड़ी खासियत है इनका देसी अंदाज और बेमिसाल शुद्धता. शुद्ध सरसों तेल में तले जाने वाले करारे समोसे, ब्रेड पकौड़े और रसीली लौंग लता का स्वाद किसी का भी दिल जीत ले. स्वाद का असली राज राम जी के हाथ से पिसने वाले गरम मसाले, मीट मसाला और चाट मसाले के उस खास मिश्रण में छिपा है, जो हर बाइट में लजीज जायका घोल देता है. दोपहर 3 बजे से रात 9 बजे तक लगने वाले इस ठेले पर खड़े-खड़े खाने वालों का तांता लगा रहता है. दूर-दूर से खिंचे चले आने वाले फूडीज के प्यार और इस खास जायके ने इसे छपरा का अल्टीमेट 'स्ट्रीट फूड स्पॉट' बना दिया है.
