Tulika Maan CWG 2026: ग्लासगो कॉमनवेल्थ गेम्स 2026 से ठीक पहले भारतीय जूडो दल को बड़ा झटका लगा है। बर्मिंघम CWG की सिल्वर मेडलिस्ट भारतीय जूडो खिलाड़ी तुलिका मान को नेशनल एंटी-डोपिंग एजेंसी (NADA) ने अस्थायी रूप से सस्पेंड कर दिया है। इस कार्रवाई के बाद उन्हें ग्लासगो गेम्स की भारतीय टीम से बाहर कर दिया गया है।
रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, तुलिका पर 12 महीने के भीतर तीन 'Whereabouts Failures' का आरोप है। आइए जानते हैं कि तुलिका मान कौन हैं और एंटी-डोपिंग नियमों में 'वेयरअबाउट्स' उल्लंघन का क्या मतलब है।
तुलिका मान को क्यों किया गया सस्पेंड?
इसमें खिलाड़ी को अपने रहने का स्थान, ट्रेनिंग सेंटर, नियमित गतिविधियां और हर दिन 60 मिनट की एक निश्चित टेस्टिंग विंडो बतानी होती है। इस 60 मिनट के दौरान डोपिंग कंट्रोल अधिकारी बिना पूर्व सूचना दिए सैंपल लेने पहुंच सकते हैं।
रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, तुलिका मान के खिलाफ 12 महीने की अवधि में तीन 'Whereabouts Failures' दर्ज हुए हैं। इनमें Filing Failure और/or Missed Test शामिल हो सकते हैं। इसके बाद NADA ने उन्हें अस्थायी रूप से सस्पेंड किया है।

भारतीय जूडो टीम को दूसरा बड़ा झटका
अरुण कुमार (-73kg): कॉम्पिटिशन से बाहर (Out-of-Competition) हुए डोप टेस्ट में प्रतिबंधित एनाबॉलिक स्टेरॉयड पॉजिटिव पाए जाने पर सस्पेंड किए गए।तुलिका मान (+78kg): 12 महीने में तीन Whereabouts Failures के कारण अस्थायी रूप से सस्पेंड। भारत ने ग्लासगो गेम्स के लिए 14 सदस्यीय जूडो टीम (7 पुरुष, 7 महिला) चुनी थी। टीम 27 जुलाई को ग्लासगो के लिए रवाना होगी और प्रतियोगिताएं 31 जुलाई से शुरू होंगी। इन दोनों स्टार खिलाड़ियों के बाहर होने से भारत की मेडल तालिका पर असर पड़ना तय माना जा रहा है।
क्या होता है 'Whereabouts Failure'?
Filing Failure: समय पर या सही तरीके से अपनी लोकेशन जानकारी दर्ज न करना।Missed Test: तय की गई 60 मिनट की विंडो में खिलाड़ी का बताए गए स्थान पर उपस्थित न होना। 12 महीने के भीतर 'Filing Failure' और 'Missed Test' को मिलाकर यदि कुल संख्या 3 हो जाती है, तो इसे डोपिंग रोधी नियमों का उल्लंघन माना जाता है।
