‘सावन में बंद रहेंगी मांस-शराब की दुकानें, कावंड़ियों पर होगी फूलों की बारिश’, UP के मंत्री का ऐलान

सावन शुरू हो रहा है. 30 जुलाई से शुरू होने वाले सावन के लिए उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार और उत्तर प्रदेश पुलिस की तैयारियां जोरों पर है. सावन के दौरान, कांवड़ियों पर पुष्पवर्णा को लेकर इंतजाम किए गए हैं. गुरुवार को कैबिनेट मंत्री धर्मपाल सिंह ने प्रशासनिक और पुलिस अधिकारियों के साथ मीटिंग की, जिसमें कहा गया कि सावन महीने में मांस, मछली की दुकानें बरेली में बंद रहेंगी. आदेश न मानने वालों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी. मंत्री ने कहा कि पिछले साल की तरह ही इस साल भी हेलीकॉप्टर से कांवड़ियों पर पुष्पवर्षा करवाई जाए.  

मंत्री ने दिए ये निर्देश

सर्किट हाउस में आयोजित बैठक में मंत्री ने सभी अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए. मंत्री धर्मपाल सिंह ने कहा कि इस बार बरेली में कांवड़ियों के 7 हजार जत्थे मौजूद रहेंगे. हर जत्थे पर एक नोडल अधिकारी नियुक्त किया गया है. इसके अलावा, बरेली पुलिस उसकी हर संभव मदद करेगी. मंत्री ने कहा कि कांवड़ यात्रा के दौरान, कई मार्गों के टूटे-फूटे और ऊबड़-खाबड़ होने की शिकायत मिली है. इस संबंध में पीडब्ल्यूडी के अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया गया है. तीस जुलाई से पहले सभी मार्गों को दुरुस्त किया जाए, जिससे कावंड़ियों को किसी प्रकार की परेशानी न हो.

बिजली विभाग के अधिकारियों को दिए निर्देश 

मंत्री ने कहा कि प्रशासन ने ये तय किया है कि कावंड़ सिर्फ 12 फुट तक ही होगा. ये इसलिए किया गया है कि बिजली के तारों से कावंड़ छू न जाए. मंत्री ने कहा कि बिजली विभाग के अफसरों को आदेश दिया गया है कि झूलते तारों को दुरुस्त किए जाएं. 

माहौल खराब करने वालों पर कार्रवाई

मंत्री ने कहा कि कुछ लोग माहौल खराब करने की कोशिश करेंगे. इसके लिए पुलिस और प्रशासन को सतर्क रहने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं. उन्होंने पुलिस-प्रशासन से कहा है कि सोशल मीडिया की रेगुलर मॉनीटरिंग करवाई जाए. बरेली का माहौल किसी भी सूरत में बिगड़ना नहीं चाहिए.  

2017 से पहले मिलती थी लाठियां

मंत्री धर्मपाल सिंह ने कहा कि अब कांवड़ियों के ऊपर पुष्पवर्षा होती है. हालांकि, सन् 2017 से पहले कांवड़ियों पर लाठियां चलाई जाती थीं. उनको डीजे बजाने तक की अनुमति नहीं मिली थी. उन्हें कहीं और जाने के लिए पुलिस की अनुमति लेनी पड़ती थी.

The Falkland Islands, a British overseas territory in the south-west Atlantic Ocean, remain the subject of a sovereignty dispute between Britain and Argentina. The two nations went to war over the group of islands, situated 300 miles off Argentina's east coast, from April to June 1982. The 74-day conflict led to the deaths of 655 Argentine and 255 British servicemen. Three people from the islands also died. In 2014, Fifa fined the Argentine Football Association £20,000 after its players held up a banner with the same message before a friendly against Slovenia.World football's governing body said the gesture had breached rules on political action and team misconduct.
