News18Telangana Sarpanch Pedda Lingamma Inspiring Story: बंधुआ मजदूरी से निकलकर गांव की सरपंच बनने तक का पेड्डा लिंगम्मा का सफर संघर्षो से भरा रहा है. तेलंगाना के अमरागिरी गांव की रहने वाली लिंगम्मा का परिवार कभी साहूकारों के कर्ज में इस तरह फंसा था कि तीन पीढ़ियां आर्थिक शोषण झेलती रहीं. 2016 में फाउंडेशन फॉर सस्टेनेबल डेवलपमेंट और जिला प्रशासन की कार्रवाई के बाद उन्हें और अन्य आदिवासी परिवारों को बंधुआ मजदूरी से मुक्ति मिली. इसके बाद सरकारी योजनाओं, मनरेगा, मत्स्य विभाग की सहायता और महिला स्वयं सहायता समूहों के जरिए परिवारों की आय बढ़ी. लिंगम्मा ने कानूनी अधिकारों और पंचायत संचालन का प्रशिक्षण लिया और दिसंबर 2025 में गांव की सरपंच चुनी गईं. आज वे ग्रामीण विकास की योजनाओं को आगे बढ़ाने के साथ महिलाओं और आदिवासी समुदाय के लिए प्रेरणा बन चुकी हैं.
