News18चेहरे पर झाइयां, पिंपल्स, सूजन और दाग-धब्बों की समस्या से परेशान लोगों के लिए लेमनग्रास ऑयल फायदेमंद हो सकता है. त्वचा विशेषज्ञों की सलाह के अनुसार, इसे हमेशा किसी कैरियर ऑयल के साथ मिलाकर ही इस्तेमाल करना चाहिए. लेमनग्रास ऑयल को कभी भी सीधे चेहरे पर नहीं लगाना चाहिए. इसके लिए सरसों का तेल, नारियल का तेल या एलोवेरा जेल जैसे किसी कैरियर ऑयल में इसकी सिर्फ एक बूंद मिलाएं. इसके बाद चेहरे पर हल्के हाथों से मसाज करें. ध्यान रखें कि तेल आंखों के आसपास न लगे. लेमन ग्रास ऑयल काफी कंसन्ट्रेटेड होता है. इसलिए इसकी एक बूंद ही पर्याप्त होती है. अधिक मात्रा में इस्तेमाल करने से संवेदनशील त्वचा पर जलन या एलर्जी हो सकती है. पहली बार उपयोग करने से पहले त्वचा के छोटे हिस्से पर पैच टेस्ट करना जरूरी है.
