जिमीकंद की करें खेती, गेहूं-धान से 3 गुना ज्यादा मुनाफा, 20 हजार खर्च में 25 क्विंटल उत्पादन
Jimikand Farming: प्रगतिशील किसान शिवकुमार मौर्य ने बताया कि पहले वे गेहूं और धान जैसी पुरानी फसलें उगाते थे. इनसे कमाई तो होती थी. लेकिन खर्च निकालने के बाद बचत बहुत कम बचती थी. इसी वजह से उन्होंने कुछ नया करने का सोचा और जिमीकंद की खेती शुरू कर दी. शिवकुमार मौर्य ने बताया कि शुरुआत में उन्होंने थोड़ी सी जमीन पर जिमीकंद लगाया था. फसल बहुत अच्छी हुई और बाजार में भी बढ़िया दाम मिला. इससे उनका हौसला बढ़ा और अब उन्होंने इसकी खेती का रकबा (खेती का क्षेत्र) बढ़ा दिया है.
