राष्ट्रीय राजधानी दिल्ली और इसके आसपास के इलाकों में शुक्रवार सुबह से ही आसमान में घने बादल छाए रहे, जिससे भीषण गर्मी से राहत मिली है। भारत मौसम विज्ञान विभाग (IMD) ने मौसम के बदलते रुख को देखते हुए दिल्ली-एनसीआर के लिए मध्यम बारिश और गरज-चमक के साथ वर्षा का ‘येलो अलर्ट’ जारी किया है।भारत मौसम विज्ञान विभाग (आईएमडी) ने दिनभर के लिए मध्यम बारिश और गरज-चमक के साथ वर्षा का ‘येलो’ अलर्ट जारी किया। शहर में न्यूनतम तापमान 28.1 डिग्री सेल्सियस दर्ज किया गया। आईएमडी के मुताबिक, अधिकतम तापमान 32 डिग्री सेल्सियस के आसपास रहने का अनुमान है।

आईएमडी द्वारा जारी आंकड़ों के अनुसार, पालम में न्यूनतम तापमान सामान्य से 1.9 डिग्री कम 25.9 डिग्री सेल्सियस दर्ज किया गया जबकि लोधी रोड पर सामान्य से 1.0 डिग्री अधिक 28.0 डिग्री सेल्सियस, रिज क्षेत्र में सामान्य से 0.9 डिग्री कम 24.6 डिग्री सेल्सियस और आयानगर में सामान्य से 1.0 डिग्री कम 25.8 डिग्री सेल्सियस दर्ज किया गया।

आईएमडी ने दिनभर आसमान में सामान्य तौर पर बादल छाए रहने और मध्यम बारिश होने का पूर्वानुमान जताया है। पूर्वाह्न, दोपहर, शाम और रात के दौरान गरज-चमक, बिजली गिरने और 40 से 50 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटे की रफ्तार से तेज हवाएं चलने का अनुमान है। इसके साथ हल्की से मध्यम बारिश भी हो सकती है। इस बीच, केंद्रीय प्रदूषण नियंत्रण बोर्ड (सीपीसीबी) के अनुसार, सुबह नौ बजे दिल्ली का वायु गुणवत्ता सूचकांक (एक्यूआई) 89 दर्ज किया गया, जो ‘संतोषजनक’ श्रेणी में रहा।

सीपीसीबी के अनुसार, शून्य से 50 के बीच एक्यूआई ‘अच्छा’, 51 से 100 के बीच ‘संतोषजनक’, 101 से 200 तक ‘मध्यम’, 201 से 300 तक ‘खराब’, 301 से 400 तक ‘बहुत खराब’ और 401 से 500 के बीच ‘गंभीर’ माना जाता है।

AQI की श्रेणियां:

0 से 50: ‘अच्छा’

51 से 100: ‘संतोषजनक’

101 से 200: ‘मध्यम’

201 से 300: ‘खराब’

301 से 400: ‘बहुत खराब’

401 से 500: ‘गंभीर’

आईटी सिटी बेंगलुरु के एक नामी कॉर्पोरेट कैंपस से दिल दहला देने वाला मामला सामने आया है। कैपजेमिनी (Capgemini) कंपनी के इन-हाउस डेकेयर सेंटर में छोटे बच्चों के साथ शारीरिक और मानसिक दुर्व्यवहार के मामले में बेंगलुरु पुलिस ने पहली गिरफ्तारी की है। अधिकारियों ने शुक्रवार को इसकी पुष्टि की। इस घटना के बाद से बाल अधिकार अधिकारियों ने भी समानांतर जांच शुरू कर दी है, जिससे डेकेयर सेंटर की सुरक्षा व्यवस्था पर गंभीर सवाल खड़े हो गए हैं।

वीडियो वायरल होने के बाद आरोपी महिला गिरफ्तार

पुलिस के मुताबिक, गिरफ्तार की गई महिला की पहचान विजयलक्ष्मी के रूप में हुई है, जो इसी डेकेयर सेंटर में काम करती थी। हाल ही में सोशल मीडिया पर कुछ बेहद परेशान करने वाले वीडियो वायरल हुए थे, जिसने लोगों में भारी आक्रोश पैदा कर दिया था। विजयलक्ष्मी की पहचान उसी मुख्य महिला के तौर पर हुई है जो वीडियो में मासूमों के साथ क्रूरता करती दिखाई दे रही थी।

पुलिस ने आरोपी महिला के खिलाफ भारतीय न्याय संहिता (BNS) और जुवेनाइल जस्टिस (JJ) एक्ट की संबंधित गंभीर धाराओं के तहत मामला दर्ज कर उसे हिरासत में ले लिया है।

वॉशिंग मशीन में डालना और जेट स्प्रे से प्रताड़ना: वीडियो में दिखी बर्बरता

यह पूरा मामला तब रोशनी में आया जब डेकेयर के अंदर के कुछ सीसीटीवी फुटेज और वीडियो ऑनलाइन लीक हो गए। इन वीडियो में कैपजेमिनी के बेंगलुरु कैंपस में चल रहे डेकेयर के अंदर करीब दो साल तक के मासूम बच्चों के साथ ऐसा बर्ताव देखा गया जिसे देखकर किसी की भी रूह कांप जाए:

वॉशिंग मशीन का इस्तेमाल: वायरल फुटेज में देखा गया कि आरोपी महिला रोते हुए मासूम बच्चों को जबरदस्ती एक फ्रंट-लोडिंग वॉशिंग मशीन के ड्रम के अंदर डाल रही थी।

मुंह पर जेट स्प्रे: बच्चों को चुप कराने या प्रताड़ित करने के लिए उनके मुंह पर सीधे पानी के जेट स्प्रे से बौछार की जा रही थी।

बाथरूम में कैद करना: अगर कोई बच्चा ज्यादा रोता था, तो उसे सजा के तौर पर अंधेरे बाथरूम में अकेला बंद कर दिया जाता था।

सुरक्षा व्यवस्था और कॉर्पोरेट जवाबदेही पर उठे सवाल

इस घटना के सामने आने के बाद कॉर्पोरेट कंपनियों द्वारा संचालित डेकेयर सेंटर्स में बच्चों की सुरक्षा को लेकर माता-पिता में भारी चिंता और डर का माहौल है। बाल अधिकार कार्यकर्ताओं और अधिकारियों ने इस मामले को बेहद गंभीरता से लिया है। पुलिस अब इस बात की भी जांच कर रही है कि क्या इस कृत्य में डेकेयर का अन्य स्टाफ भी शामिल था और मैनेजमेंट की तरफ से इतनी बड़ी लापरवाही कैसे हुई। अधिकारियों का कहना है कि मामले में आगे कुछ और गिरफ्तारियां भी हो सकती हैं।
