मनोज पाल होशंगाबाद जिले के सिवनी-मालवा तहसील के खपरिया गांव के निवासी हैं। उनके पिता एक किसान हैं और माता गृहणी है। उनका परिवार बेहद ही साधारण परिवार से ताल्लुक रखता है। मनोज की शुरुआती पढ़ाई लिखाई गांव से हुई। यानी वो 12वीं तक गांव के एक स्कूल से पढ़े। उन्होंने 12वीं की पढ़ाई मैथ और सांइस से की थी।
