CFSL रिपोर्ट में ऐसा क्या है? ट्विशा शर्मा संदिग्ध मौत मामले में आज कोर्ट में एक बेहद अहम और हाई-वोल्टेज सुनवाई हुई, जिसके बाद दोनों आरोपियों की मुश्किलें और बढ़ गई हैं। अदालत ने मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए आरोपियों की न्यायिक हिरासत 14 दिनों के लिए बढ़ा दी है, जिसके चलते अब उन्हें 14 जुलाई तक जेल की सलाखों के पीछे ही रहना होगा। सुनवाई के दौरान केंद्रीय जांच ब्यूरो (CBI) ने कोर्ट के सामने स्पष्ट किया कि इस रहस्यमयी मौत की जांच अभी जारी है और मामले से जुड़े कई अहम पहलुओं पर से पर्दा उठना अभी बाकी है। सीबीआई ने बताया कि उन्हें इस मामले में अभी भी सेंट्रल फॉरेंसिक साइंस लैबोरेट्री (CFSL) की अंतिम रिपोर्ट का बेसब्री से इंतजार है, जो इस मर्डर मिस्ट्री को सुलझाने में सबसे बड़ी कड़ी साबित हो सकती है। इस सुनवाई के दौरान सीबीआई ने कोर्ट रूम में एक चौंकाने वाला खुलासा करते हुए बताया कि उनके हाथ एक महत्वपूर्ण ऑडियो रिकॉर्डिंग लगी है। इस रिकॉर्डिंग की सत्यता जांचने के लिए जांच एजेंसी ने अदालत से आरोपियों के आवाज के सैंपल (Voice Samples) लेने की आधिकारिक अनुमति मांगी है। इसके साथ ही, जांच को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए सीबीआई ने आरोपियों के पासवर्ड-प्रोटेक्टेड लैपटॉप को अनलॉक करने की अर्जी दाखिल की है, ताकि उसका पासवर्ड हासिल कर उसमें मौजूद डेटा को खंगाला जा सके। सीबीआई के वकीलों ने दलील दी कि इस मामले से जुड़े कई महत्वपूर्ण डिजिटल सबूतों की जांच अभी अधूरी है, जिसके लिए लैपटॉप का एक्सेस मिलना बेहद जरूरी है। A highly crucial and high-voltage hearing took place in court today regarding the suspicious death of Twisha Sharma, escalating trouble for both the accused.
